What is the Processing Time for most items?
It takes 4-6 days for me to create your item before it is ready to ship.
How long is shipping?
The time it takes for you to receive your item after it is put in the mail is dependent on the shipping method you select.
What shipping methods are offered?
First Class, Priority Mail and Express Mail are the shipping methods I offer within the US.
The estimated shipping times for each of these are as follows, however none of them are guaranteed by myself or the USPS:
First Class 3-7 business days
Priority Mail 2-3 business days
Express Mail 1-2 business days
International orders are shipped First Class International. International shipping can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks, depending on customs on the destination country.
What happens if I have a problem with my order?
Should an issue arise with your order, please contact me so that I may work with you to resolve any problems. Personalized and custom items are not eligible for returns, however your satisfaction with your purchase is very important to me. Of course, if I have made any error in making your item, I will gladly correct it at no cost to you.
Why may I not cancel my order if it hasn't shipped?
I begin making your item long before it is ready to ship to you. If I have not yet started making it, you may cancel the order. However, once I have begun working on it, orders may not be cancelled due to the custom and personalized nature of nearly all my items.
